Alpfly.com — i paid 37k for 15 flights | the company did not give the tickets nor refunding the amount

Lately they have been cancelling the request and not giving the refund irrespective of multiple follow-ups.

I need a resolution around this. This seems to be a chit fund scam and fake promises.
