Alphaglee — no response to my emails and complaints for exchange of posture corrector magnetic belt

Despite my repeated attempts to get back the posture corrector magnetic belt in replacement of small belt which i returned by registered post by continuous emails to alphaglee and zipped solutions pvt ltd till date i have not received the belt in replacement. Though there was a phone calling feb19 that they are dispatching the 110 cm posture corrector magnetic belt. This is an unethical practice. And i suggest the online buyers not to purchase any products from these companies. I also suggest that the online buyers should be beware of fraud online product sellers
