Amar Chitra Katha — Amar Chitra Katha App Lifetime Subscription

I have purchased the Amar Chitra Katha App Lifetime Subscription on 30 August 2023, Invoice No. 15918, Order No. 16919. As yet I do not have access to all the Amar Chitra Katha titles as stated in the advertisement.

I received an email on 30 August from with instructions to login, which was done and informed on the email. However, the subscription is not visible on the App of Amar Chitra Katha. Repeated reminders have been sent on email to, and email addresses but there has been no revert. The WhatsApp number (+91 [protected]) provides only to contact at the above email IDs and the landline number (+[protected] /2) mentioned on the website does not work.
It is requested this issue be resolved at the earliest. If access can not be provided then refund be issued.
