Amar Chitra Katha — Product lost in delivery- no response

ACK is absolutely horrendous to deal with. They lost my delivery costing INR 5445 and their customer service emails have gone silent.
The delivery platform DTDC says they can’t find the item. ACK says they will follow up with DTDC. I ordered the product on 10/09/2025 and have not received the product yet or a refund or any response for that matter.
The last email I got was from Janhavi Manjare (Senior Executive - Digital Strategy) who has become unresponsive for the last 3 months.
I’ve tried all their customer email addresses with no luck.
They do not have a number to call or a physical address to post to.
