I subscribed to the ACK app in Sept'22 with mobile no.[protected] and email id: [protected]@gmail.com.
However, after subscribing and registering for the auto renewal, I tried to cancel the auto renewal.
But, I did not find any option on its app, however, i sent emails to company on 18.09.2022 & 20.09.2022 at [protected]@ack-media.com asking for the same. They didn't respond. Copy of the email sent to company is attached for reference. Despite my emails, company debited my credit card with Rs. 1, 178.82 on 20.03.2023. After this, I again sent email on 20.03.2023 requesting for refund. I have not received any response from company till date.
In these circumstances, company is requested to refund my amount as I sent the email to you on 18.09.2022 & 20.09.2022 to which they did not respond.
Pls do the needful.
