Amar Chitra Katha — Subscription paid but can not avail facility

I have already mailed your customer care with all details, but absolutely low grade service.Unable to utilise the services, and the money has already been debited from my account.Looks like Team ACK is a habitual offender.Pl ensure this is done at the earliest.Will take it up very with the concerned department, if no appropriate action is taken.
