Amar Chitra Katha — took money, never delivered books | |||
Order #[protected] Ordered books online, showed "in stock". 2-3 days later, got shipment notice with dtdc tracking number! Turns out that all of it is fake. After waiting for 2 weeks, tried to track with dtdc tracking number given (M[protected], but got no tracking information! Since then contacted amar chitra katha many times, but no progress. Most of the time their customer service phone just keeps ringing. When picked up, they admit they never shipped the products, but will neither issue refund, nor do anything to send me the books.
