Amaron — Battery not replaced

Dear Sir,
It is Submitted that I have purchased a AMARON 9B Battery for motorcycle on dated 28/01/2019 from Kuntal Agencies S.NO. 19, Maharani Farm Durgapura Jaipur Mobile No. [protected] email id [protected]@REDIFFMAIL.COM and which is became non functional and send to Above mentioned dealer on dated 01/11/2020 but still today the battery is not replaced, every time i Inquire the matter and ask about the battery he says the Company has reduced the production and there is no supply of battery since 20 days
It is a matter of great shocking and unexpected from such a reputed and esteemed company to reduce the production and not changing the battery since 21 days
and I am unnecessarily bearing the mental and physical agony and pain.
kindly resolve the issue.
