Amaron — Fraud and cheating by Amaron battery

2 months have past struggling to connect with Amaron. Yesterday, a call received from Mr. Sachin Saxena, his mobile no [protected] after repeated complaint mails written. He acknowledged that there is a congestion issue continuing with the customer care number due to which calls are not getting connected. He assured replacement of our faulty battery. He told that he will call himself as unable to communicate due to a personal issue at his home.

Why to penalise consumers for your internal issues atc Amaron. We have paid a very higher amount to buy your topmost model and now suffering for last 2 months with continuous non-response from Amaron. Please understand how painful it is when the car stops midway and a lady has to seek for passers by help to push the car to initiate the battery.
