Amaron — Unethical behaviour during guarantee period of battery | |||
I have purchased and installed Amaron Pro battery for my four wheeler (Honda Amaze) on 12th July 2018. before one year approximately i found my car was not starting and thus I got it checked at Aaron Vadodara service centre. (During this time my battery was in guarantee period) They checked the same and take my battery for repairing/checking and gave me service battery. within day or two they put my original battery again saying it is working ok. Again within some time i faced issue again and i approached again and they continue same process and told that battery is fine. In the mean time i gave my car in to honda service centre as regular service and i told them to check bateery issue as i was facing issue again and again. Honda service centre gave me report of failed cell in battery. I again reached to amaron vadodara service centre and show them report. they denied to accept issue. Up on repeating issue again i again went to amaron vadodara service centre (by the time gurantee perid was over and now battery is in warranty period), up on checking they told me that battery needs to replace due cell issues and ask to purchase new battery. this is totally unethical practice.
