Amaron — Warranty issues.

Battery Model : PRO BIKE RIDER AP-BTX9
Battery Si no, : BAC0222W401886
Dealer details : Om Sai Battery & Inverter,
Dealer Address : Shop No.3, Main 182 Bus Stand, Sukhbir Nagar, Delhi-81 (Near Jawahar Farm), Sukhbir Nagar, Delhi - 110081.

Kindly help to fasten the replacement battery for the same, Which is still in warranty. And the warranty is expected to expire on 1st November 2024.

Dealer has mentioned : Sir, aapka warranty period hi khatm hone wala hai isliye aapko replacement nahi milega, this is a big surprise to me, with such a big & esteemed company like AMARON. I have been customer of AMARON from 2015 onwards, happening with me, since my first vehicle, the battery has been submitted to the dealer along with Warranty card.
