Amazon — Amazon Not refunding for damaged product delivered

I ordered Tata Besan from Amazon fresh with order id[protected].
This product got delivered as damaged packet which was spread and spoiled all over box.
Because it is non returnable item, when I ask fir replacement or return, Amazon team has restricted my account to stop any further refund by sending email of return policy violation. They asked me raise appeal, i did that. Now they are saying verify my identity by sharing my aadhar card verification.

So, to receive my refund i have to verify my identity !!
When i asked to show me any such govt policy or RBI mandatory policy to do KYC to receive my refund, their senior person told there is no govt policy to ask for govt document for refund but it is Amazon's internal policy .
I would like to say i am very old customer of amazon and i never heard about any such policy before!!

To be simple, it should be transferred to my original account from where payment was made to purchase item.

This shows Amazon's bad intention and fraud attempt to theft the customer's money !
Take action and provide solution for it
