I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a highly frustrating experience with a recent Prime order. Despite the product being eligible for a 10-day Amazon pickup return and marked as prime product, my return requests have been mishandled and cancelled three separate times.

Below is the chronological breakdown of the issues faced:

1. Incorrect & Incomplete Product Delivered (16 April): Upon receiving the camera, I discovered it was not as described. The promised unicorn design was missing, the MMC (memory card) was missing, and the 2 paper rolls were also missing. I initiated an immediate return.

2. Failed First Return Pickup: After creating the initial return, I waited several days, but no delivery executive was assigned, and the pickup was never attempted.

3. Unauthorized Self-Return Creation: I contacted Customer Care regarding the delayed pickup. The executive cancelled my first return and created a new one. However, I later discovered this was set up as a "Self-Return" without my consent or prior notification. As this is a Prime product delivered by Amazon, I am entitled to a doorstep pickup and refused the self-return.

4. Forced Replacement & False Agent Cancellation: I called Customer Care again to fix the self-return issue. The executive cancelled the return again and offered a replacement instead. Out of sheer frustration, I agreed. However, the delivery agent rejected/cancelled the replacement delivery on their own without ever visiting my home, calling me, or obtaining my consent.

Lack of Support Resolution: I have tried to resolve this delivery agent misconduct and the stuck order status with Customer Care, but the attempts have failed.

Current Status: The incorrect and incomplete product is still with me. It has neither been returned nor replaced, and my return requests have been cancelled three times due to Amazon's internal mismanagement and delivery agent negligence.

Now amazon expecting me to return this my self which i don't agree as product details page clearly mentioned amazon delivered by 10 days return

Required Action:
I am completely stuck in this loop and request immediate intervention. I am no longer interested in a replacement. Please arrange for a direct, guaranteed doorstep pickup of this defective item and process a full refund to my original payment method immediately.

I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
