Amazon — amount debited but order didn't received | |||
Sir, With due respect and humble submission, I have the honour to inform you that on 25/01/2020 I was shopping at online Amazon, an amount of Rs 30400/- via Debit card EMI. I approved the transaction via Internet banking. After approved the transaction for 12 months EMI, Amazon shown payment failed. Subsequently, a loan account opened for the same bearing LOAN Account no-[protected] . Further, I contacted to Amazon service centre and they informed me that the payment process failed and the payment didn't received at their end and couldnt placed the order. Further, I visited my branch (Telegaon 07435)but the branch manager and the staff confirmed me that the amount credited to Amazon Pooling Account. Unfortunately, the bank deducted the 1st EMI today on[protected] for which order I didnt received The Amazon order ID #[protected] dtd[protected] I contacted the Amazon customer Service centre but they confirmed they didnot received the money.
