[Resolved]  Amazon India — Product Missing from the RTO delivery

Address:Ganges Chiranjibi, Shibpur, Howrah

I had used amazon shipping services from shiprocket. The product has been marked as delivered, same has been delivered to me. one of the item is missing in the box that i got return. It is an expensive item.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
Have not got any resolution from Shiprocket or amazon from the same. Shiprocket has given the wrong POD for the same.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Sanyam Daga I have not even got the update for the same. Even Shiprocket is also not involved in resolving the complaint. Need an answer for the same. Even had an insurance for the same.
