We ordered havells airoven digi 1500w with aero crisp technology, order id:[protected], order date: 31-may-2020.
First they delivered a malfunctioning product which was over heating. The product's outer shell became so hot once that my mother burned her hand when she held the outer handle to place food in it. We called an d asked for a replacement.
In replacement on 13-jun-2020 they delivered a broken product (Outer shell broken). We again contacted amazon to replace this product. Somebody came on a bike and he said that amazon did not mention the the size of the product to be replaced and that he cannot take it as the product is very large to be transported on a bike.
We again called amazon and asked them to update the ticket accordingly.
They reassured us that someone will come but nobody came.
When we called again we realized that they blocked every mobile number related to our account, from calling amazon customer care. We made a new account and called from that account. A guy came and refused to pick the order up and said "i will not take it as this is broken". He left. We tried calling and realized that they have blocked our new account too. They have blocked our 3 accounts till now. Now we are unable to contact amazon at all and nobody is coming to pick up the broken/damaged product. Was this information helpful? |
