I wish to lodge a complaint against Amazon India for the irresponsible behavior of delivery agent for the false delivery update when it was not delivered.

I tried for kyc update numerous times and called the customer care, the person told me they can't send any person or initiate any video call request for kyc from their end.

I requested multiple times but they denied for help....

I tried to cancel the order, but it was still shipped. I then received the wrong product, and despite multiple calls, customer support could not give me any clarity or help.

Following Amazon’s instructions, I returned the product directly to the seller.
