Amazon account is suspended

Today morning i opened amazon.in account and placed order. they recieved the payment by debit card and confirmed the order. evening theay are saying your account is suspended and locked. keeping the payment and suspending the account is a wise crime i think. so please complete the order or give back the payment i have made. details i have given in Photos/Videos....

I tried to cancel the order, but it was still shipped. I then received the wrong product, and despite multiple calls, customer support could not give me any clarity or help.
