[Resolved]  Amazon — Different Product Received

I have ordered a product FILA men shoe from Amazon and the product was different from the website and the product was picked up by Amazon last 1 month refund is not credited yet and I have received a mail by Amazon they written in mail we don’t provide you refund totally fraud is going on in Amazon kindly help me to refund money from Amazon. Attaching shoe screenshots which I have received.

My return was picked up but Amazon is not refunding my and they told me we are not refunding your money mail received.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
