It is very disappointing that my order no.[protected] placed on[protected] for purchase delivered to me on dated 2-6-2018 with an empty packet, the product order was missing and not found within the packet. The bar code for the delivered packet was[protected]. the photographs of the empty packet are being attached for your information. It is therefore, requested that the either the amount paid for the said item may be refunded to me or the item/product be supplied to me at the earliest, failing which i have to approach an appropriate authority. The acknowledgement of this mail may kindly be intimated within 24 hours
I have called to seller he was admitted his fault but no given update my refund
