Amazon — false delivery status for order#[protected] | |||
False delivery status for order#[protected]. Order status says the product is delivered to the customer on 11th september. On lodging the complaint of not receiving the product, customer service professionals request for 24 hours time. No response in 24 hours. On calling the customer service again they request for 48 hours. Still no clue on where the product is? Why do you show the status as delivered when the product is actually not delivered.in spite of opting for amazon prime this is the service provided by amazon. Was this information helpful? | |||
