I made an order for a 48gms of gold coin on 21st july in Amazon website with the order no[protected] for 1, 58, 911 INR. Because of the Amazon courier mistake the product went to BIlaspur and didnt even come to chennai. I followed them for nearly a month on this issue and they didnt had any complain mechanism or escalation process with amazon. After a month long chasing and so many calls and emails they accepted the failure from their end. I asked the money to be credited back to my bank account as i lost faith in their customer service to order anymore products from them, But they didnt do that and refunded the order amount back to my amazon account. I was left with no other choice than to make another order to retrieve my money back . I placed another order for 50gms of gold coin on August 16 for 1, 63, 600 INR and the estimated delivery date was 23rd august to 7th september. With the tracking information i saw that the order reached chennai on 27th august. I waited for 3-4 days and the order was not delivered and no more tracking details in the site. i contacted customer service and they gave assurance that it will delivered as promised within 7th september. I waited until 7th sept and the product was not delivered. When i reach back to them they always say they will work on it and doesnt help on the issue. Because of investing a huge amount in that order i am in a big financial crisis.I am going through lot of mental stress because of their worst customer service.
