Amazon.in — Cancelled my order | |||||
I had made a order with amazon on 27 mach 2016 of moto g turbo, with a promotional code @4999. Then i received the confirmation of the order from the amazon team but after 2 days they cancelled my order by saying they can't process order at this low amount. Now they are saying that "we regret the error that resulted in an third party promotional code being applied to amazon orders (Moto g turbo) due to a technical glitch." My order no. Is[protected]. Please look into this matter this is a clear cut case of deficiency in services and they make false promises to customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
