Amazon In — defective/duplicate product send on sale

I have purchased iphone xr on 28 sep amazon sale but amazon send me defective or re-furbished phone. When i raise a complain then they saying, can't do anything.
First i thought this is normal dust or finger, but later on it's showing something diff. Like air in screen so i went to apple service center to check whats the problem
"apple store told me to replace the phone from where you purchased as this is defective phone or some air under screen."

Tried from 4-5 days and also upload photo on customer service page but no-one response, later on, yesterday my friend told me to raise complain by mail and post on facebook so i have raised but you deny for help.. That show you are just selling product but no service after sale either you receive duplicate or defective phone.

What kind of service did u provide. Selling duplicate phone on sale. I want replacement or full refund.

I have raised complain on consumer court too, that amazon sale are just fool the people and deliver duplicate product. That's good marketing strategy.
