Amazon.in — Did not get refund of failed transaction | |||
I purchased a cellophane from amazon.in on 27/01/15, but during online transaction the amount of Rs 3299 got debited from my account and order was cancelled by me. Since that day i tried all my effort to get my refund from the company, but i still didn't get. They told me to contact with my bank through which transaction has been done. I did according to instruction but all gone in vein. Bank told me that the amount has been credited to amazon's account. the order no of that mobile is[protected].
