[Resolved] Amazon.in — Fake promises and misguidance to customer | |||
I have ordered a Omron HEM-7120 Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor costing Rs. 1, 134.00 on 29 july 2014 from amazon.in. My Order no. is[protected]. The expected date of delivery was 11th august 2014. I have not received the order on given date. I called them on 12th. They assured me that product is in ranchi itself and will be delivered on 12th august 2014 evening by 7.00 p.m. or on 13th august 2014. But, I havn't received the order. Again, I called them. This time I talked to their supervisor named MOSES and he assured me again that I will get a call till 2.00 p.m. When I checked the status, it showing UNDELIVERABLE.Again I called them. Again, all in vain.I called them again on 16th aug 2014 and this time they are saying I will get the order only on 19th august 2014. So, this is the matter of total negligence and a very unprofessional attitude towards customer. Every time I had to call and get the status and they are just making false promises.
