Amazon.in — Fraudulent Company | |||
I had ordered a Dell Venue 7 Tablet and as promised it was delivered in two days. As soon as I opened the box and switched it on, the tablet just froze on the start up. I went to an authorized service center to find that the product was damaged. All ok till then, i got a refund from Amazon the very next day.I insisted them as well as the seller to provide me a replacement but these frauds wont do that. They made the refund and asked to me order it again. When I ordered it again, i almost paid 400 Rs extra and when I went for check out, they were not providing me with COD facility. I live in a area where COD is easily available and I had bought my previous Tab on COD method only. After 10 minutes of paying the entire amount through my card, i received a mail stating that my order was cancelled and the reason was given that I was buying multiple items. WTF??? I have already returned the damaged piece and I got the money and because of you guys my time is wasted. I complained to Customer service and they say that they cannot help and asked me to send a mail to account specialist. The account specialist asks me place an order again. DO I have only that much of work to keep on ordering from stupid Amazon? And i have not yet received the refund of ht e cancelled order and I cannot even track my refund status on the Site.
