I am a regular customer of Amazon and have been purchasing good from here for a long time. Recently I got 2 defective products which seller asked me to return and then they will pay me refund. Since they dont have a pick up service, they asked me to courier it and then they will pay the courier charges as well. I couriered it and they promised me to pay the entire sum along with courier amount.
Recently a cheque came in my uncle's name about which I was not aware. Then i have come to know that amazon paid the product amount in my credit card and courier amount in cheque that too in my uncle's name which was wrong. They did not inform me before about it. There after when i told them that the cheque is not of any use cancel the cheque and make an online transfer to my account, then they said it is not possible in any other mode as the cheque is already issues. My question is I did not ask them to pay in cheque. Then also I agreed and asked to make the payment in cheque in my name. They then asked an authorised letter which I have provided as per their instruction. But now they are saying to again issue the authorised letter as the date is written in hand. You tell me.. what type of harassment is this. The seller has given amazon the money but amazon is not paying it to the customer. It is only harassing.
