On 01.12.2015, I have tried to purchase a wardrobe from Amazon but there was an error in transaction (my account was debited by Rs. 1254.56) for which i the money refund on 04.12.15 (ac Mini-statement enclosed) - (This is informed to you, so that you should not get confused by viewing two debit transaction and one Credit).
On the same day (01.12.15), I made another transaction which was successful, amount again debited by Rs. 1254.56 and after some days, I got the delivery of my product (wardrobe Order #[protected]. But i returned the product within the stipulated time on 15.12.15, as per Amazon's Policy (courier slip enclosed).
However this time i didn't get my money back. My courier charges of Rs. 300 were refunded in the form of reward points (as agreed by Amazon). but my amount spent for product purchase, Rs. 1254.56 is not refunded.
So many times I have contacted amazon, via email and Telecalling, But amazon is only claiming that they have initiated the refund. Also as suggested by Amazon, I have contacted my Bank, but the bank is saying that there is nothing pending with them and i[censored]TR No is given they will try to trace out something. When I have requested amazon for providing UTR no for the refund initiated by them, they have straightaway refused to produce the same and said that they initiated the refund.
Around three months are over, I have neither got my refund nor any help (UTR etc...) from amazon.
Kindly look into the matter. Despite of several mails and tele-calling I am not getting any positive sign for refund of my amount.
Please help...
