subject: Amazon is not giving complaint number so we can't go through judiciary system & they are making big financial frauds using small amounts.
Resp Sir/madam,
I ordered product of 2443.80₹ on 30dec 2018. After that seller gave me fake tracking id & amazon accepted it in our further conversations. Amazon also declined my request of providing complaint number, so that as per indian law i can file for case after 60 days. they denied help even i narrated them the law. after many calls later at 25 jan 2019 they told me my money is refunded but stuck in sbi server.. they just gave me 6 digit reference number.. now not SBI nor Amazon is helping me..
again when i cancelled 2nd order which i ordered on 22jan, i pleaded them to transfer my refund amount in amazon wallet but they refused with very arrogantly and gave me one more 6 digit code claiming that transaction is stuck in sbi server... now once again not SBI nor Amazon is helping me.. & Amazon refused to give formal complaint number...
Please help me get my money back as well as give hard lesson so that amazon can't underestimate "Consumer Law Of INDIA"
