Amazon.in — Not refunding money

I ordered two product from amazon.in on 13 Oct and they did not deliver product for 15days then I cancelled my product and now they are not refunding my money back they are saying due to technical issue order has got stuck some where and I have called more than 10 times and even after speaking to senior executives they are not giving any tentative date.
