Hello,
I had purchased the Women's Cotton A-Line Dress online from Amazon.in on 15 August 2015 . I paid cash on delivery to the Amazon Store"Shri Mobile Shopee" & collected the parcel. After going home, I opened the parcel & found it was only 1/2 of what was shown online, so, I filled an online request for replacement & next day, returned the parcel to the same Amazon store. Later, next week, I received replacement, but that also contained same product (incomplete), so, I cancelled order online & returned the item to the Amazon Store. They acknowledged the return but did not refund the amount . so, i followed them for 2 months & finally decided to register this complaint.
