Amazon In — Product ordered on March 2020 missing and no refund till date.

I had ordered a Tarpaulin worth around Rs 1250 back in March 2020, the package has not be delivered to me till date. I had reached out to the Amazon customer care several times and assured a refund each time, but in vain.
