Amazon.in — products not delivered and returned before last pickup date.

The product was delivered to a pickup store from where customer can pick up the product and likewise, i got the message that i can pick up the product by 20 july 2019. But the storekeeper returned those products before the due last pickup date without my consent. Amazon used to mention that only prime customers can get offers. Seeking this, i purchased prime membership. Now customer wastes plenty amount of time to find and order products but what i get is harassment, time waste.
