Got product on[protected] and found it defective handset as it got dead in a span of 24hrs and informed same to team.
1. Team assigned technician but technician without visiting home he submitted false report as device working fine as he visited n found it no replacement required.
2.When device hot dead we r nog able to charge so how come in app verification is possible.
3.replacement is getting yo late they said as ig will take 20days yo issue new replacement so I requested for refund.
4.To get refund igs been more than 6 times return pick up tickets has been raised but no one is visiting.
5.in a span of 6 days spoke to 30+ executive n 7+ leadership team people bug no one is responding.
6.made more than 30+ calls but every time new pick up request is getting raised.
