[Resolved]  Amazon.in — Regarding refund

I bought a phone from amazon on 20 th may 2016. Product which i got was diffrent from which i ordered. So i returned the product on 21 st may 2016.
Till now i didnt got refund i contacted them more than 10 days they are telling i cant your informations like that.. I dont know what to do... I need to pay my credit card bills. I have a copy of return receipt also. An amount of 24050 rs to be refunded from amazon...
