I had placed an order on 10th september 2020 of 2 burner gas stove including gas stove pipe. Here is the net worth -
Item subtotal: rs.1, 149.00
Shipping & handling: rs.75.00
Order total: rs.1, 224.00.

I paid through my bank account online icici net banking transaction.

Got the order confirmation mail in my registered gmail. That is, order confirmation

But i had cancelled the order on 12 th september 2020. The order is showing on the website cancelled order list.

But, till 12th september, the item was not been shipped only the status was showing ready to shift. And the product no way reached to my hand. So no return copncept is applicable here. But amazon is not giving me or confirming me any sort of return, customer care is saying, we can not tress the order id. I want my refund.
