Amazon.in — Two cancelled keyboards 61 keys

0n 2nd feb 2021, I had order two keyboards one yamaha and and other casio's both above 12000 each, from last two weeks i contqcted amazon almost everyday and they always gave me different reason and fake promises and said they will provide refrence number .today i got refrence number from them.30005110331033082588575

And then as they suggested i contacted pnb"s customer cafe they said nothing is showing there by entering these numbers
So i contacted amazon and they said now we sugget you to fill up a charge dispute form.
Please help me i need my money urgently
