In last 15 days I have placed 3 orders on amazon and all the 3 orders are delayed.
Even the tracking status for them says "Out for delivery". The delivery was never attempted and i did not received any call from delivery agent.
On calling the customer agent they say that your delivery will be done on highest priority. However, the system is going in a easy to go attitude and they feel easy to blame the customer for their own mistake. My concern is the system blaming customer for some mistake by the Amazon team or their delivery agents.
Other than that, the customer support sometime says that they cannot give contact of delivery person as it is against the policy, while other gave me the contact number of delivery person. I do not understand what their exact policy is. we are a developing nation and I would like to be a good citizen of it to stop accepting any incorrect nuisance happening with agents. I asked to change the status but they did not do that.
I demand an apology of such notes and also to have a provision to revise the status if any such wrong status is made. Also strict action is required on the delivery agency. Was this information helpful? |
