Amazon India — 1.5 ton ac is delivered without accessory bag and remote

I booked a voltas window ac 1.5ton 5star on 04/08/2019 through amazon, which was delivered on 07/08/2019, but accessory bag with remote and warranty papers is missing. Kindly tell me who is responsible for the issue. Person of voltas says amazon is responsible while amazon says voltas is responsible. I feel cheated and can't decide what to do or not to do. Register the issue and positively solve it immediately.
