I don't understand - yesterday I was told the item was out for delivery today - so it must be with the local courier - I received an email saying the item had never been sent and now am told it was recalled - I have no idea what is going on.

as I explained yesterday, because I use an international card, each transaction cost me 200 rupees. I have ordered 4 items recently. only one has been received, every other item has been cancelled and refunded. therefore each cancelled item has cost me 400 rupees - that means I have paid 1200 rupees for items that I have never received
each time I raise a query, I am given loads of apologies and excuses that have so far meant nothing

that I accept - the problem is that almost every order I place is cancelled and a refund given. Firstly I ordered the items because I wanted them. Not only am I disappointed that after countless conversations with yourselves about each order and a promise of delivery, the order is cancelled and the refund costs a further 200 rupees. I choose to pay the first 200 rupees because fI wanted the item. but I end up paying 400 rupees and get nothing
