Order id #[protected] This is regarding mi band 3. I didnot receive the fitness tracker in the box. The pictures were sent to amazon via mail. Following this, i reported the incident to amazon. They replied to me asking to return all the items which i have received. I returned the box, charging cable and the band which i received. Then after 5 days, i received the mail saying the refund has been declined as the customer sent empty box to them. Amazon transportation is the one who delivered the product and they are the one who picked it up. This is total harrassment. Kindly provide me a resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
