I Ordered One Plus Nord Buds from Amazon, & I received a product with lots of scratches on it (Used Product). I raised a complaint for replacement . They said that replacement is not possible, I'll have to return the product & will be compensated with the equivalent amount & the return was initiated.
I returned the Item to the delivery executive who had come to collect the item. He opened the product & checked the product, and then took the product for return. After 10 days on amazon return status shows 'Item picked up and on the way back' & that the item is not yet received by them.
After calling customer support & talking to them they raised a complain.
Then I receive a mail that 'Their return department have received a wrong item.' In the mail they also say 'We confirm the item from order number was in the box given to carrier at the time it left our fulfillment center' .
They also state that 'They will return the item via carrier with tracking number' & then they contradict their own statement by saying 'We are discarding the item that you sent'.
By Reading this only you can sense something fishy around here.
