Amazon India — Absolutely unprofessional behavior from Amazon!

I ordered an LG monitor listed with discount for The Great Indian Festival, on 18th october. On 19th evening I got the monitor in a LG box, no Amazon box, no Amazon stickers, no invoice. I accepted it, but immediately contacted the customer care to inform them, they asked me to open it and check, inside there where two holes in the styrofoam box, the cd was loose among the other accessories, the stand was wrapped and sealed with paper tape, I had the feeling this was an item returned by someone else, so I decided to ask for replacement. Eventually, after 5 calls, the person agreed to change it. Yesterday again I was at home all day waiting for the delivery person to pick up mine and give me the replacement. By 9 p.m. non calls and no sign of him. The parcel was out for delivery since 7.30 a.m. no way to talk to the guy as his number was constantly busy from 7. Finally the tracking system show DELIVERY CANCELLED. In between I saw the parcel went back to the Amazon center in the afternoon and was again out for delivery at 5.30 p.m.
Now, they say they will refund me the amount without explaining me what happened, they said the system cannot accept another replacement since there is only one chance for replacement and that failed (not because of me...) Is crazy!!!
They suggested me to place another order, today is the last day for the offer and I'm supposed to spend again the amount without first getting it back and perhaps going through the same issues as, if they had a genuine monitor to supply, I think the would have done it in first place.
This sound to me like a FRAUD where they tried to sell me a NON FRESH PRODUCT and they failed, that's why they didn't replace it.
