Amazon India — account blocked issue

Have been following up with amazon for countless time to fix the issue, i have made a purchase which was delivered to me as well, still they blocked my account.. No one seems to care or conatct me to resolve the issue.. It is now 3 months i am trying hard to get someone to help me.

Pathetic team and sub standard experience.
