Dear Team,
Amazon closed my account with out informing me by simply saying i have violated terms and conditions i surprised and asked customer service team and technical team what i have violated they are not saying anything.i dont understand this.
Second point is i have return some products which are booked from that account those returns are accepted and collected but till today amount not credited in to my account.
They are not even guiding how to put other products returns because they are some other products in that account need to be book returns... For every question to them their answer is violation and no answer.
Please take necessary action and do the needful to me and also i want my returns money back and also i want guidance to place returns of the remaining products in that account.
Amazon since you are good in the market please dont do this kind of frauds.
