[Resolved]  Amazon India — Account hold/blocked by Amazon

Hi,
I am Prime member of Amazon, on 9th July-21 when i am trying to login it giving message your account is locked due to misuse of services. Same time i have called to amazon customer care, he said ok we have raise your request for unlock account and wait for 48h, but nothing happen again after 48h i have called and got answer wait for 24h but again noting happened, again called to customer care got answer wait for 24h but again no update from amazon end and still my account is blocked. Pls look into the issue else return my prime member ship amount and close my account there is a lots of another online platform where i can buy product.
