Amazon India — account kept on hold, without any reason

Hi i am a prime customer since 2015, recently did kyc for amazom pay emi and it's been activated after the kyc is verified, on 20th feb i purchased a laptop in amazon using amazon pay emi and the amount is debited, i received sms also that order placed successfully and email too i received.

After few minutes i received an email from amazon [protected]@amazon.in below is the email which i got.

I don't understand as i was purchasing the items from past 4 years i never faced this thing, when first time i used the payment method as amazon pay emi, which amazon's payment only, what billing address will be there for this, and on what basis they can hold my account.

I made call to the customer people around 5 times, spoken with the escalation team, the same day on feb 20th, i had sent my bank statement and my adhaar, pan card scan copy which are used for amazon pay emi kyc.

I was told that i will get a call back or an email but till today i haven't received any mail at least it's minimum commonsense to reply an email saying that they received my documents as acknowledgement, nothing i haven't received, when i even make call to the customer care the same story they are saying we don't have any details they need to reply, how days they will take to reply.

Just they are wasting my time and messing me up, without any reason.
I sent an email to cis of amazon also no reply, i thought company had some standard values, but by this i hope it is worst than ever not giving minimum value to a customer who is prime member from past 4 yrs.

I want someone to resolve it immediately.
