I bought a laptop for rs 60, 000 and instantly my account was blocked, the money amount blocked on my card.
I have received a mail from "[protected]@amazon.in" mentioning that my access to amazon account has been locked because my payment information was not confirmed. I was asked to fax my credit card statement with my billing address to[protected].
But when i try to send the docs the line keeps coming busy and they have given no means to verify if the fax machine is working at their end.
I tried to fax it to the uk amazon on the number specified on https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html/?nodeId=[protected] +[protected]
This fax was fine but now is two days passed and i still got no response, email or otherwise.
Calling the customer care is of no help since they say they can't do anything because the team who blocked my account can't be contacted by customer care and i must send the fax only.
Also, the email ids "[protected]@amazon.co. Uk", "[protected]@amazon.in" and "[protected]@amazon.in" are giving delivery failure. Emailing [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in have no effect.
So now i am left with no means to use my own rs. 60, 000 since my account is locked and no way to contact the amazon team which blocked my account.
