Is a seller, purchase, prime account, business holds various accounts in Amazon...
The account has been locked from 29yh July, with various calls and emails on [protected]@amazon.in
There is no response from the account specialist team on the same.
Amazon call center kept on filling forms and asking me to wait from 29th July for 48hrs...but still no progress...still they mention over phone company is working and wait...
I don't know for how long anybody can wait for so long ...20 days...
The process looks no responsibility defined for customer care ppl and no escalation process on the matters Was this information helpful? |
