Amazon India — Account put on hold and refund not received for the order

I placed an order for redmi 9 prime 4/128 from my amazon account using my credit card. After some hours i received a message that my account is put on hold and I need to verify some details.
I provided the details but the account is still in a hold state.
I havent received my order or the refund on my card and amazon customer care is not able to provide any details.
Either they should provide me the order or the refund and unhold my account, they are voilating consumer laws by not providing either.

Please help me in unholding the account and providing the order or the refund.
